Our menu offers you all the house hold favourite dishes as well as a few Taste of Bengal specials. If there is something you would like but it's not on the menu please let us know. We also offer a variety of healthy options - please ask for more details.

Chicken or Lamb Jal Ferezi: Tender chicken or lamb cooked with fresh chilli, fresh coriander, green peppers, onion and tomatoes (served slightly hot). 6.80
Bengal Special: Chicken lamb and king prawn combined with green pepper, onion and fresh coriander. This dish is dry in style with many different herbs and spices (served medium to hot). 7.95
Chicken or Lamb Korahi: Chicken or lamb cut into pieces then dry fried with green, peppers, onions, lemon and fresh coriander (served quite hot). 6.80

Tikka Murug Makhani: Chicken tikka from our clay oven roasted in butter with fresh cream and almond powder. (a very mild dish, served slightly sweet). (N) 6.80
Tandoori King Prawn Masala: King Prawn marinated then roasted in the clay oven then cooked in a special marinade sauce with fresh cream and fresh coriander (served slightly sweet and mild). (N) 10.95
Chicken or Lamb Chilli Masala: Chicken or Lamb cooked mainly with fresh chilly to give this dish it’s own unique flavour (this is very hot). 6.80
Garlic Murug: This Chicken dish is a wonderful dish, which is dry fried using many different spice combinations but the main ingredient being garlic (served quite hot). 6.80
Lamb Pasanda Nawab: Lamb gently simmered in a base of garlic and ginger with fresh garam masala, then cooked with fresh cream, almond, sultana, flaked almonds and a splash of red wine (served slightly sweet and mild). (N) 6.80
King Prawn Jal Ferezi: King Prawn tossed together with garlic, onion, fresh chilli's and green peppers then garnished with sautéed tomatoes and fresh coriander (served quite hot). 10.95

Balti Dishes

Baltis are fast growing in popularity in the south west but are better known in the midlands. Baltis are highly recommended by our chef. All balti dishes are slightly hotter than medium because of the fresh chilli used in the cooking. Rice not included.

Chicken or Lamb Balti: Chicken or Lamb cooked with fresh chilli, herbs and spices to give this dish a unique flavour. 6.95
